Question1: Can Uinta Precision Tactical UPT) ship a firearm to my home.

Answer: Firearms can only be shipped to a business or individual who holds a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). Once a firearm is purchased via website, the firearm must be shipped to a valid FFL of your choosing.

Question 2:  How do I locate a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder to ship my purchase too?

Answer: Any local gun store should hold an FFL. You can contact them and ask the store about doing a FFL Transfer. They will be able to give you the information you need to include their FFL transfer charge rate.

Question 3: What documents Uinta Precision Tactical (UPT) need from me if I purchase a firearm?

Answer: We will need the address of the licensed FFL holder the firearm is being shipped to, as well as their contact information to include phone number and FFL Number and Email.

Question 4: What if the firearm I want is not listed on this web site? Can Uinta Precision Tactical (UPT) get firearms or accessories that are not listed on the site?

Answer: Yes, simply contact Uinta Precision Tactical (UPT) via email, phone call, pr text message and we will find the item you want and give you the best price we can.

Question 5: Can Uinta Precision Tactical (UPT) ship ammunition to my house?

Answer: Yes!We can ship ammunition. Ammunition shipments are not a problem. Simply order what you want and we will get it on its way. Shipping charges to apply depending on wight and size.
